I’m Allison Bishop, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist based in Palm Beach Florida specializing in helping people who struggle with substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma and other mental health issues. I am passionate about empowering others to learn the tools they need to become the best version of themselves and move from surviving to thriving!
Practice Specialties
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is offered hourly and on a concierge basis working one on one to process unresolved issues and underlying trauma to move forward to a healthier version of one’s self.
Couples/Family Therapy
Couples and family therapy are offered to process family system issues in a safe and supportive environment. Together we will work to discover how patterns in the system happen and work collaboratively to create goals to invoke change and foster healing.
RECOVERY/LIFE COACHING
Coaching is offered hourly and on a conceirege basis working one on one to identify goals using strenghts and value system as well as creating stucture, daily support and accountabilty to meet goals. Recovery coaching and life coaching are available.
CONCIERGE COUNSELING
Concierge Counseling is offered to provide support at all times needed and can be available between appointments via brief calls, emails and texts. Coaching and therapy concierge services in combination are also available.
